Mr. Keane is a member of the firm. He received his B.A. from Fordham University, magna cum laude, in Economics in 1994. He received his J.D. in 1997 from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor of the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics.
Mr. Keane joined the firm in 1997 and has defended several hundred insurance defense cases on behalf of the firm's clients in a variety of areas including automobile, premises, and general liability cases. He has also represented property owners in the defense of lead paint poisoning claims. Mr. Keane has tried several cases to verdict and has prepared and argued numerous appeals before the First and Second Departments.
Mr. Keane is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and in the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
