Fern Flomenhaft is a member of the firm. She received a B.A., Cum Laude, from Union College in 1978 and an M.A. in Comparative Literature, with distinction, from the University of Rochester in 1981.  She received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1984, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. 

Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Flomenhaft was associated with Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer and Rivkin, Radler, Dunne & Bayh. Ms. Flomenhaft's current practice focuses on the defense of premises liability cases.  She also has extensive experience in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, products liability, lead paint litigation and environmental law.  She is an accomplished appellate attorney who has authored and argued numerous successful appeals in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments.

Ms. Flomenhaft is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and Connecticut, and in the Federal District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
