Ms. Belmonte is an associate with the firm.  She received her B.A. in Government and Politics from St. John's University in 1989, and obtained her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Belmonte was a trial attorney for several years with the firm of Cartafalsa, Slattery, Turpin & Lenoff, handling premises, automobile, property damage and subrogation cases.

Ms. Belmonte is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
