Mr. Weiner graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2002 with a B.A. in United States History. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005. While in law school he received the Dean’s Book Award given to one student each semester for outstanding academic achievement in torts. He was previously employed at Bee, Ready, Fishbein, Hatter & Donovan where he primarily practiced in the firm’s insurance defense litigation department.
Mr. Weiner has been cited in the New York Law Journal, Valley Stream Medical Rehab, P.C. a/a/o Michael Munro v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company,15 Misc.3d 576, 831 N.Y.S.2d 682, 2007 N.y. Slip. Op. 27076, under Decisions of Interest regarding the distribution of attorney’s fees in no-fault litigation.
