RKT Partner to Address New York City Bar

RKT Partner, Claire F. Rush lectured at a CLE seminar sponsored by The New York City Bar on November 16, 2009 entitled, “Strategies to Selecting a Jury.” Claire, who is respected for her extensive trial experience chaired a panel discussion on the Batson  Challenge and shared her expertise on Jury Selection Rules,  and Strategies for Obtaining the Ideal Juror.
