Successful Result in Appellate Division
RKT Attorney Brenda Hall obtained a successful result in the case of Vespe v. Kazi, Padilla, Bhati and Bhati in which the Appellate Division, First Department, affirmed the Bronx Supreme Court Decision which granted Summary Judgment to RKT's client. Our client was the driver of a taxi cab that was stopped on the 59th Street bridge due to mechanical difficulties when it was struck by three oncoming vehicles. In affirming the decision of the Bronx Supreme Court, the Appellate Division agreed that RKT's client, having been rear ended by the second vehicle, had established his prima facie entitlement to judgment as a matter of law.
